Honestly, no. I'm a city person through and through. While I enjoy visiting the countryside for short breaks, I think I would get bored and miss the convenience and vibrant social life of the city.
It's a romantic idea, but probably not a practical one for me. The best of both worlds would be to continue living in the city but have a small 'dacha' to escape to on the weekends.
