many people may exercise on weekends or try quick workouts in the morning
Some people do, some people don’t. It really depends on their work schedules. A lot of people work long hours and overtime, so by the time they finish, they’re usually too tired or just don’t feel like doing anything. I can totally relate to that. Plus, after a long day, it's hard to get motivated to exercise, and not everyone has the time or energy to do a workout at home. So, most people either don’t exercise at all, or they try to fit in some activity over the weekend, or maybe do a quick morning workout. But of course, there are people who manage a good work-life balance and still find time to exercise after work. They go for a run, ride their bike, or even just do some stretches.
