To be honest, views in my own country feel closer to me. I’ve grown up with these landscapes, so they feel familiar and easy to read. I don’t really get that ‘tourist feeling’ there, and I like that. It’s more about comfort than excitement. I can just enjoy the view without thinking too much.
I’d say views in other countries leave a stronger impression on me. Everything looks slightly different, even simple things like streets or nature. That makes me more curious and attentive. I notice details I would probably ignore at home. Those views usually stay in my memory longer.
