Should people educate children to protect wild animals? (added on 10 October 2025)
Vocabulary hozircha yo‘q.
  • yes:
  • kids are the next generation, so if they learn to respect animals early, they’ll grow up caring more about the planet
  • education helps children understand that wild animals aren’t toys or pets (they have their own place in nature)
  • when kids learn about endangered species, they also learn about bigger issues like pollution, deforestation, and climate change
  • teaching children to protect animals builds empathy (they learn to be kind, not just to animals but to people too)
  • simple activities like visiting zoos, watching documentaries, or joining school projects can make learning about wildlife fun and memorable
  • many kids spend most of their time online, so learning about nature helps them connect with the real world
  • if children understand how important animals are for the environment, they’ll make better choices as adults, like recycling or buying eco-friendly products
  • a fair point to add:
  • of course, it should be done in a positive way… not by scaring kids with pictures of dying animals, but by showing how small actions can help
  • schools and parents should work together, so children learn not just facts but real habits, like not littering or respecting animals in parks
I think it’s definitely a good idea to teach children to protect wild animals. Kids are the next generation, so if they learn to care about animals early, they’ll grow up respecting nature more. At school or at home, they can learn simple things, like not littering, not disturbing animals in parks, or understanding that wild animals aren’t toys or pets. Even small steps like watching documentaries or visiting a zoo can make a big difference, because it helps kids see how amazing nature really is. And teaching kids about wildlife isn’t just about animals. It also builds empathy and kindness. When children learn to care for animals, they often become more caring towards people too. But to keep it realistic, I think it should be done in a positive way. Instead of scaring kids with sad stories about extinction, adults should show how small actions can actually help. That way, children feel hopeful and motivated, not guilty or scared. So… children should definitely learn about protecting wild animals… just in a way that inspires them rather than worries them.
