I think working abroad is really important for my career growth because it's a perfect way to improve my existing skills and learn new ones, build confidence and self-reliance and enhance my CV. Moreover, it's a great chance to learn new working styles, improve communication and language skills, gain new qualifications, develop independence and personality and, what is of primary importance, build international networks.
