  • yes:
  • it’s nice to eat something you grew yourself, it just tastes better
  • you know it’s fresh and natural, without chemicals
  • it’s a healthy hobby (you move, you’re outdoors, you get sunlight)
  • it’s satisfying to see how a small seed turns into real food
  • it saves a bit of money, especially in summer when vegetables grow fast
  • gardening is a great way to unwind and forget about stress for a while
  • it’s calming (when you’re in the garden, you just stop thinking about work and everything else)
  • no:
  • I don’t really see the point because you can’t grow everything yourself anyway
  • it takes time, space, and patience, and not everyone has that
  • everything is easy to buy in shops or markets, so it feels unnecessary
  • sometimes it’s cheaper and faster to buy fruit and vegetables instead of growing them
  • I like the idea, but I know I’d probably forget to water the plants or lose interest quickly
  • people who live in flats don’t have much space for that, so it’s just not practical
Not really, to be honest. I don’t see much point in growing vegetables or fruits myself. I can’t grow everything anyway, and most things are easy to buy in shops or markets. It also takes a lot of time and patience, and I know I’d probably forget to water the plants or just lose interest after a week. I like the idea, but it’s not very practical for me. I’d rather just buy what I need and save the effort.
Yeah, I kind of like it. It’s nice to spend some time outside, you know, just watering plants or checking how things grow. It’s relaxing and it clears your head a bit. And it’s pretty cool when you can actually eat something you grew yourself… even if it’s just a few tomatoes or some herbs. I’m not crazy about gardening or anything, but it’s a nice little hobby.
Yeah, I’d say it’s quite popular, especially among older people or those who live in the countryside. They usually have gardens and grow things like tomatoes, cucumbers, or potatoes. In cities, it’s not that common because people don’t have much space, but some still grow herbs or strawberries on their balconies.. just for fun. It’s more of a small hobby than something serious.
Not really. Most people in my city live in apartments, so they don’t have gardens. Some try to grow a few herbs or small plants on the balcony, but that’s about it. It’s not like in villages where people actually grow a lot of their own food. Here, it’s more about convenience… everyone just buys vegetables at the market or supermarket.
