Do you think it’s easy to grow vegetables?
Vocabulary hozircha yo‘q.
  • yes:
  • you just water them so they don’t dry out, and that’s pretty much it
  • you plant the seeds, wait a bit, and then collect the vegetables… nothing complicated
  • my grandma used to say: ‘Water them and the rest will take care of itself.’
  • to me it looks simple: soil, water, sun… and they’ll grow
  • people have been growing veggies for centuries, so I don’t think it’s rocket science
  • no:
  • you have to water them on time, not too much and not too little
  • vegetables need fertilizer, otherwise they won’t grow well
  • you also need to protect them from pests, like insects and worms, and from plant diseases
  • it’s not just planting… you have to follow a schedule for watering and feeding
  • if you forget even for a few days, the plants can get ruined
  • some vegetables need special care: like covering them from cold nights or giving extra sunlight
Yeah, I think it’s easy. You just water them so they don’t dry out, give them some sunlight, and in the end you pick the vegetables. My grandma always said the same thing: ‘Water them and the rest will take care of itself.’ So I don’t see it as something complicated.
I don’t think it’s that easy. Vegetables need a lot of care. You have to water them regularly, give them fertilizer, and sometimes even protect them from pests and diseases. It’s not enough just to plant them and wait. You need to follow a schedule, and if you miss the right moment, you can lose the crop. So for me, it sounds like a lot of work and not something simple at all.
